Why do ppl stare?
1) To scare, threaten, or convince some1
2) Im too hot.
3) Give signals.
4) Tell some1 you wan it.
5) Bored*

Well, these are the reasons why you shouldnt stare,

3) Just telling some1 is easier.
4) Use your mouth man.
